Riblets

The pork riblets are the end of the whole ribs; they are also the juiciest part. It is a piece formed by the rib bones and the meat that covers them, both lean and jelly-like.

Use and consumption

They are usually cooked whole or marinated, baked, grilled, fried or barbecued.

Defrost

We recommend defrosting slowly and cold, so that the meat retains its optimum qualities. Accelerated defrosting or defrosting without cold conditions is not recommended.
