The collar boneless is a cut from the upper part of the pig. It is located in the part closest to the head. This piece is less lean, but very tasty.

Use and consumption

This meat is ideal for preparing whole pieces in the oven. It can be seasoned to prepare a tender and tasty snack. Some people also prefer to cook it in fillets.

Defrost
