The pork leg is the hind leg of the animal. Fat infiltration gives it a very characteristic flavor, appreciated by many palates.

It is usually prepared in the oven with spices and with any accompaniment.

Defrost

We recommend defrosting slowly and cold, so that the meat retains its optimum qualities. Accelerated defrosting or defrosting without cold conditions is not recommended.
