Loin ribs

The loin ribs are located under the loin muscle and connected to the pork backbone. Since they have loin meat, they are the most tender and lean rib cut among pork ribs.

Use and consumption

It is very common to cook them in barbecues, or marinated.

Defrost

We recommend defrosting slowly and cold, so that the meat retains its optimum qualities. Accelerated defrosting or defrosting without cold conditions is not recommended.
